SUMMER CAMP!

When:  July 27 - August 2

Where:  Arlington Municipal Airport, Arlington, Washington

(Approximately 45 miles north of Seattle, 45 miles south of Bellingham)

Sponsored by Mission Aviation Training Academy (MATA) and The Point Church.


Aviation Summer Camp highlights:

A “ground school” experience

Daily flights of approximately 45 minutes each (Monday through Friday, weather permitting)

Flight experience at the controls of a single-engine airplane: Straight-and-level flight, turns, climbs and descents, etc.

Christian mentoring by field-experienced missionary pilots

Exposure to missions aviation through videos, personal sharing

Evening devotionals

Field trip to local aviation museum, control tower, etc.


Registration:

Registration is limited to 12 campers

Registration fee is $450

Early planning will allow the campers to do fund-raising personally and to seek assistance from parents, friends, or from within their church.

Refunds: MATA can issue a direct refund using Paypal for
up to 60 days after the original payment
was sent.
After 60 days, refunds will be made by check

Our camp will introduce the teenagers to aviation, inform them about requirements for careers in aviation, and inspire them to consider mission aviation as a career choice.
